[server] paper server plugin not loading?
i've got a paper server (v paper-1.21.4-118.jar ) running behind velocity v3.4.0-snapshot-459 (NO viaversion ), and my f3 menu isn't detecting DHS on the server:

i got the server plugin from help-meServer-side support , it genearted the plugin config folder & a sqlite db, but nothing else.
