Honestly, the bans are poorly made. I had a 7-day ban. I came to a moderator to talk and explain everything and ask for the unban. He rejected me for no reason and gave me a permanent ban. Help!!!

It's quite annoying that they give an unfair ban. First, I noticed that it was for 7 days. I came to a moderator to talk about why the ban was for 7 days. He rejected my appeal and gave me a permanent ban.

cheating is already a permanent and unappealable ban
and the fact that you did get slapped with a perma ban and a reason for it, means someone got video evidence of you cheating and submittied it
