Failed to retrieve account information

I'm currently experiencing a number of issues relating to setting up my account. 1. I just created an account and am unable to create an organisation or project (loads forever upon filling in details without any action).
2. On the user preferences page, I'm met with an account retriaval error (see attacehed image). 3. Can't log back in apparently due to invalid credentials (although they are definitely correct). 4. Can't reset password.

Try a different browser or device if you have not done that yet.

I would file a support request if you have not. As you saw there is a dev looking at it here, but they may still need access to your account and he is not support.

I have the same issue - I have not created any organizations or projects recently, this just happened "out of the blue". It's been 48 hours since I emailed support@supabase.com and followed up with no reply. I'm running into the exact same errors MTK was. This issue is account-wide, I've tried multiple browsers on multiple devices 409 GET https://api.supabase.com/platform/profile: {"message":"There was an issue signing in your account with GitHub. Contact us at support@supabase.com to resolve this."}

Other profile-related URLs seem to work fine: https://api.supabase.com/platform/notifications/summary, https://api.supabase.com/platform/profile/access-tokens respond with 200 and valid data request headers seem fine

Update: My problem has been solved. I updated my GitHub email a few months ago. Reverting this has restored access to my account. However, in the current implementation, to retain access to my Supabase account, my GitHub primary email cannot change. Furthermore, the information regarding updating my email (under User Preferences) is invalid. I followed the steps carefully and was met with the exact same problem I experienced before. It seems that Supabase is not reading the updated information from GitHub before attempting to fetch my profile with what it considers as my email. But the main issue has (at least temporarily) been fixed. The Supabase team has always been awesome, so thanks you guys for helping get this sorted out. Hopefully the same solution works for MTK as well πŸ™‚ Also, if there's any update on when the underlying issue will be fixed, please let me know -- i've been wholly converted to my "new" primary email for several months now

So i decided to read the information you guys supplied again regarding the pattern...there's no underlying issue in the first place πŸ˜‚ . I have another supabase account with my "new" primary email. Although it might be beneficial to provide some affordance to the user that there's a conflict in that case
