Cannot delete mtls-certificate
I cannot delete an existing mtls-certificate. Wrangler reports that “Certificate cannot be deleted while in use. [code: 1476]”. The certificate is... not in use. It's been removed from the worker bindings. I've gone as far as to completely remove the worker.
Context: I've got an mtls-certificate that I need to update (there seems to be an issue with the private key). But... I can't. You can't upload new keys - it just says it already has that certificate. You can't delete it, it says in use. You can't update in place. You're just blocked. Does this clear up after 24 hours or is it some deep glitch and I'm dead in the water?
