My mod manager can't access this file, I don't know why, and on multiple mods
Solution
When you installed the game you probably also ran Steam as admin, or Steam requested admin to install the game there. So now, the whole game folder is marked as requiring admin permissions to create/modify/delete files. And SMM has to install mods to the game dir, so it needs to extract the mod files there, and because that folder needs admin permissions, you have to run SMM as admin.
Running SMM as admin isn't really recommended, specifically because the files would then require admin, but because your game dir requires admin already, it shouldn't cause issues
