Hey, function usually can not throw this error by them self. This is usally caused by some other source. You can share your server logs if you want, so i can take a look into it

All plugins from us (Veinminer, MChallenge, ...) does not support Spigot!
Spigot is very outdated and behind in form of features, security and performance, you can safely switch to PaperMC. Everything will continue to work, just with better performance and a bigger plugin library!
Warning! Some hosters tend to delete your world on switching versions, make a backup first!
