Xbox Wireless adapter now working properly

I would like to share with you an issue I currently have in both my HTPC and ROG Ally:
I plug the Xbox Wireless Adapter (already tested V1 and V2 of the official adapter), then sync the controller. They work great.
However, when I suspend the device and wake up, the controller connects, but it just doesn't work at all. I need to unplug it, plug it again and do the whole sync process again because even if I unplug it and try to connect it back, the controller just does not work even though it brightens as it is connected.
Any help?
I am a noob and tried to install xone, but got an error.
