SMS fraud attack

Hey dear community,
Does anyone have a best practice for an SMS fraud attack?
I have all the Cloudflare products, but I still can’t stop most of these types of attacks without creating specific block rules for each attack.
I’d really appreciate any ideas, recommendations, and anyone who has a best practice—it would be much appreciated and helpful.
