problem in game loop
i had my first account ban for no reason and i talken to the support and to file claim it declined so i opened another account and i played with it for a two hour and i closed it
for my suprise when i opened the account a got ban on him at the same time my other account got ban so how did that happen i was playing yesterday 27/1 and i got banned on 25/1 ????

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
The time on the account suspension dialog box shows the end date of the suspension for the account, not when it was banned.
