Phasmophobia stuck on initializing

Hello! I'm very new to wine/Heroic Games Launcher, but everything has been great so far. My situation is this: I have purchased Phasmophobia from Steam and then downloaded it through a depot, but when the executable is put into Heroic it launches and gets stuck on the Initializing screen. Can anyone help? Much thanks

running Steam games directly in Heroic is not supported on any platform

you have a better chance of having Steam run through Heroic and running the game through Steam that way. (this is also unsupported, but worth a shot)

Thanks for the advice; I tried running Steam but got stuck when SteamWebhelper couldn't run

I think I got it to run through Crossovers which I believe I can then run/call through Heroic, so I think I have a solution.
