Website randomly shows HTTP ERROR 404

Every few seconds it randomly shows this error when I had my server running and everything. I have removed it from the nginx and cloudflared tunnel ingress rules and it still randomly shows the 404 error so I believe the issue is just the domain alone. How can I fix this?
