Probably linking my facebook and my email and phone number

Hey i been trying to link my facebook to unlink my twitter since it got suspended for unreasonable reasons and it says it wont link and it doesn’t link and they unlink my email snd phone number as well and it says its link to another account which is not true and I’m scared that if i log out I’m not going to log in back
