For example, if I have 25 gigabytes on my laptop, I only have one connected, I can read it at all, connect to webdav Is there a way to do this?

No idea. It's outside the the normal scope of immich. Any testing would be basically on your own

And tell me, for example, I bought wip or one provider has only 25 giga What should I do in this situation to have more gigabytes? It's not possible at most to have webdav quality, but I don't know if there is such an option at all, certainly not yet. I think you understand me, as there are only 25 giants on my VPS, I can have more to connect webdav somehow

Immich currenlty expects storage to be local and available at all times. I think anything past that is unsupported currently.

I have a question on a different subject. For example, I have purchased 2 USB drives, so how can I connect them so that I can access 2 drives on Windows using immch?

You should not use usb for storing any media with immich. USB can be flaky at best and will result in a poor experience. I don't use windows for docker, would have to wait for someone else to chime in. Not sure how you mount the drives in WSL and pass through to docker
