Hi , a friend got hacked right after he did a reclaimed by PUBG. He tried to link phone number to account … Is there a way for him to prove to PUBG that it is HIS ACCOUNT , because it is in cool down for 3 month to reclaim account .
Solution
Your friend will not be able to submit another account recovery request through the account recovery tool for 3 months after a successful claim. Please advise him to reach out to the in-game customer service if he requires further assistance with this.
