Trying to upgrade to the latest version from 0.15.3 lxc

I am running homarr on proxmox, and I had installed it from tteck's scripts. Apparently that was pulling from an old github, so I've installed a new LXC but I'd like to import/restore my stuff from 0.15.3
It doesn't look like I have a Tools -> Migrate to 1.0 ... all I have is Docker and Api (under tools). I made a zip file that contained the data and database folders from my homarr install, and tried to upload that but the 1.0 install says it's blank.
Any suggestions?
