can you try disabling IPV6 system wide for the connection?

I'm getting the same error for Rocket League I tried disabling IPV6, did not work. Even changed the DNS However, it does work if I use my mobile data hotspot. So... what gives? Pretty sure my wifi didn't block anything either.

I suspect something at the internet provider level, I don't really have these problems people are reporting but at least from the details shared it doesn't seems to be something on the system or applications themselves I really don't know how to debug it more though

Is it possible that you are connecting from Spain? There are reports last week of major Spain ISP blocking some of the traffic to cloudflare networks and DNS

I had the same problem, and I think that may be the issue. I'm from Spain and I was unable to access lutris.net and had the same error, probably because of those blocks... But now everything is working again
