Need Help - Whitelist our User-agent for hydrozen.io

I'm Raghu, Founder of Hydrozen.io, an uptime monitoring SaaS platform. We have noticed that our service is showing an error of 1020 with a 403 response when it tries to check some sites hosted on Cloudflare. Upon further research, I found out that this error will be shown as part of Cloudflare's anti-bot prevention mechanism.
Is there a way, where we can whitelist our custom user agent and IPs in Cloudflare's network?
