(Framework 16 iGPU) Artifacting only on bazzite?

A while ago, small graphical glitches started to appear on my relatively basic Bazzite install. I thought nothing more of it, but recently they are getting quite noticable (opening the start menu, scrolling around on the web). Out of fear that something with the GPU itself might be wrong, I installed Fedora 41 KDE Live on a USB stick and booted off of that, but couldn't get the glitches to appear by repeatedly opening the application launcher like on Bazzite. I also ran a

btrfs check

btrfs check

to make sure that it's not just the fact that I'm booting off the USB instead of the SSD. How could I continue debugging this? Does Bazzite do something with the iGPU that basic Fedora KDE doesn't?
