Is there a way to unban an account that is 5 months old?
I mean I have a beneficial account and it tells me this

Bans over 30 days old cannot and will not be removed.
We have a 30 day ban policy, where we do not remove bans over 30 days old. This does NOT mean that your ban will be removed in 30 days.
