I am getting a success message when I try it.
Given that you are linked and thus have a valid email, there are 3 possibilities:
1. You are checking the wrong email account
2. It went to spam folder or you're not looking for the robolab.io email
3. The email was sent, but delayed in receiving
I know there saying it's has been sent but when I chice ther's no reset code
seems to work for me, are you sure its not in spam or a different email account?
I'm checking all my email account's there's no rest code
