Unjust ban removal request
Dear PUBG Mobile Support Team,
My name is NOLDUPASINYAN, and my ID number is 5127982439. As of February 6, 2025, at 12:25, my account has been suspended for 60 days due to alleged exploitation of matchmaking loopholes.
I have been an avid PUBG Mobile player for years, spending countless hours enjoying the game, as it is both my biggest hobby and source of entertainment. However, I have no knowledge of any matchmaking loopholes, nor have I ever intentionally exploited any such vulnerabilities.
I respectfully request a thorough review of my case and the immediate removal of the suspension to rectify this unjustified penalty. I sincerely hope that my grievance will be addressed promptly and that I will be able to continue playing without further inconvenience.
