Lag issue only after update
So ever since i updated my game like two days ago my game has been super laggy in a weird way. I'm constantly rubber banding even though my ping will show something like 15ms, but then every like 5 rounds my ping will jump to around 2000ms for around 2 rounds then my game will freeze for maybe 10 seconds then itll go back to 15ms but rubber banding. This has only been happening since i updated my game and since then i have been kicked out of two games because of this which actually sucks and makes me not want to play.
I turned on fps and packet loss graph but fps shows normal with over 400-500fps constant and packloss stays at 0% even when im rubber banding and will only go up when my game freezes and itll hit 100% then back to 0%. Im so lost at what to do.
I tried changing settings for a bit but that didn't really work and i even tried using a fresh new account but that was the same issue.
My wifi is normal and nothing has changed when i tested it before to when i tested it after the update.
