SO BIG PACKET LOSES

Dear Riot Games, please tell me why your servers have been having such big problems lately. I just have GIGANTIC and ENORMOUS packet losses. It becomes IMPOSSIBLE to play valorano when you just stand there and get teleported from place to place, it's just fucked up.
