Headphone volume stuck at 100% when set to 5%.
For some reason, my heaphones randomly become stuck at REALLY LOUD and completely ignore my system volume controls. In apps i can change volume, but my system volume controls are completely useless. anywhere from 1-100% are all the same, and 0% mustes the output.
