messages in a specific channel not showing up in starboard

hihi! i’ve tried fixing starboard to have messages show up when starred, but i’m having trouble w just one channel in a server. for some reason NO messages starred in the channel are showing. i’ve made sure that it’s not blocked in channel overrides, and i’ve tried using the recount function to recount stars (5 are required to make it to starboard), but now i’m getting this message (see image). any help would be appreciated, please and thank you!!
