and I am using oracle cloud vps
of 1 gb ram and 1 Core cpu But Amd processes
pls help how to solve it
I dont think blueprint will run on a system with such little resources.
You would want a bare minimum of 2/3gb of memory.
People have already explained to you that you cannot install blueprint on that VPS due to it's low amount of ram. Not my place to say but please don't keep opening support threads.
You can get decent vms for like $5
