Just Cause 4 - Epic Games - Launches after install, then not again.

JC4 launches after install, but any subsequent launches either game immediately minimizes and won't load or throws an error (attached).
This error pops up for every proton/win-ge version used.

Please help, thank you!

I have since realised the error has to do with Denuvo. Strange that first start is always fine upon reinstalling. Giving this game a miss. Epic refunded.

every time you switch between wine and proton, it counts as a new installation for denuvo

I'll have to try again in 24hs when the counter resets
