"No Video with supported format and MIME type found" in Firefox but same video plays fine on Chrome
Title is pretty self explanatory. Both browsers did not have any extensions and I'm using default settings as well.

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed.Firefox probably can't play the codec. What's the format? Ff is notoriously bad with hevc
yea its hevc
By default we transcode hevc to x264, so i suspect you have changed some settings
my settings seem right. i suppose the video just hasnt transcoded for whatever reason. let me try that rn
i trasncoded it and refreshed my browser but it still doesnt wanna play
eh screw it ill just use chrome to view my vault from now on
and my pixel can play the videos flawlessly too

I've run into this same problem myself many times. Glad I finally found the answer.
I don't recall having changed any settings about transcoding, but I'll take a look. Thanks!
