Remote connection not working
Hello and thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to help out! 
I've just recently installed Immich and transferred my Google Photos library to my local server. It's been great so far, however, I've encountered a problem.
I can only access remote assets (meaning pictures that are on the server but not on my phone) when connected to my home network. As soon as I leave my home Immich won't load the pictures that are stored on the server. When I tap the top right icon while at home it shows the server storage as 76.8 GB out of 440GB used and the message "client and Server are up-to-date". Whenever I leave my home, the top-right icon icon shows a warning dot, when tapped, it shows 0GB of 0GB used and where it should say "client and server are up-to-date" displays something like "make sure you have access and that is connected" instead.
¿Is there a setting I should change to allow remote connection? I made sure the server is awake and working, it's only when I'm on a different network that I'm unable to access my photos
