AThe process we already followed with details "Bucket provider", "Bucket Name", "Access Key ID", Secret Access Key" those details from AWS S3 bucket.

TI'm experiencing the same issue. There's no problem with the key pair, and it seems that the connectivity-precheck API cannot connect to the S3 API(since there was no last used time data for the new key pair)
