We're expecting the Gemini Flash 2.0 to return answers in a specific format—an object labeled as a "response" with an "elements" array, where each element is either "text" or "chart" (our tools rely on that). However, with Flash 2.0, it’s sometimes returning null or using an unexpected type (like "news"), so it isn’t invoking our tools to format the output correctly. Flash 1.5 can do this yet Flash 2.0 does not seem to use the tools?
