Integrating Effect's Cause Property with OpenTelemetry Tracing
It seems like exceptions are recorded by OTEL standard as seen in tracer.ts. However Effect has a very useful cause property on most failures, which is currently discarded on tracing.
I was wondering what the best solution is to get the cause into the span (either through a custom attribute) or ideally as part of the exception itself. (or as another recorded exception)
