Integrating Effect's withSpan with NextJS's OpenTelemetry Instrumentation
Hi Everyone! I'm struggling to get effect's withSpan to play properly with NextJS's built-in otel instrumentation. I am exporting spans to a local collector and I have several places I'm calling withSpan and only the auto-instrumented spans are showing up. I feel like somehow I must have to hook the existing otel trace or tracer and provide it to effect, but I can't find this documented anywhere.
