ASUS ROG G14: AMD Integrated GPU issues
howdy, i'm looking for some help/pointers on how to go about solving this - when using integrated graphics, my screen refreshes about half as often as it should (67hz when it should be 165hz) and causes these weird graphical issues, the example in the first image occurs when anything moves on-screen, the second image is when i tried changing my resolution.
everything runs perfectly find when using my dedicated gpu, i'm thinking it's some sort of driver conflict??
if anyone has any input, i would really appreciate your help!

cpu: AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS (Radeon 780M Integrated Graphics)
dgpu: Nvidia RTX 4060 Max-Q Laptop GPU
