Two Issues: Icons Not Showing Up on Desktop & Steam Path Not Found.

Some of my Icons are showing up as shown in the picture:
And
I am unable to automatically add games to Steam.

I have multiple games stored on 3 seperate drives: an SSD, an HDD, and an External SSD.
