I’m pretty sure that error is normal and nothing to worry about. Your problem is more likely that you’re trying to run games a Haswell IGP…

the SteamAPI errors show that you're not using UMU
the Haswell Vulkan errors means you're probably not going to be able to play your game
they are separate

There’s a checkbox in the settings, I can’t remember exactly where off hand
