There is no specific timeline for this. Once you accumulate 4,300 points you will be able to reach Investigator Major. The points required for each level vary depending on your reviews. Additionally, when you conduct an Eagle Eye System review — you will earn 100 extra points daily after reviewing 30 minutes a day.
