Cannot Register More Domains
I'm trying to register domains, .us, .uk, .biz, etc... and it keeps having an obscure failure in the back end. I was able to register a domain yesterday, then it stopped working since. I have tried multiple cards. When it fails I get the pictured error, then I receive an email saying:
>Oops! Something went wrong and we were unable to complete the registration of ----- Most registration failures are temporary and are the result of processing errors at the registry. There may be a temporary communication error, or the registry may be experiencing technical difficulties or undergoing routine maintenance. We recommend that you try again later, however if you continue to experience issues please contact customer support for assistance.
So here we are, the only place to follow the instructions "please contact customer support for assistance."
