Problem with importing Polaris leaderboard

Hey! So I'm having the same problem with not being able to import Polaris data as the person here: supportCannot import levels and role data from Polaris

Have there been any updates or is manual import still required? (Also, the server has over 1k members)

if you have the data export from polaris i can import it manually.
