Jadefang aurora event
Ive drawn 200 times in this event and when i tried to collect the prize drawn rewards it wouldn't let me collect them but instead it shows "reward already collected" without a gray tick on them when i didnt even collect them. The second time i go into the event the rewards have ticks on them meaning i have already gotten it, right? No i didnt, i didnt even collect them. I dont have the reward items nor i collected them. How can i fix this and get the rewards detailed in the event? Please help.
