I received a 10-year ban for cheating, although I played official tournaments from PUBGM, including tournaments that took place on LAN, all the evidence is there, before my account was banned, my account was logged in from another device and after that the ban arrived, in short, my account was hacked and banned using cheats, is there any way to solve this problem?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
