it lagging when play 1 fps what i can do? i before haved max graphic settings no issue but i uninstalled it and then reinstalled i maybe mess some settings

enable esync and fsync, switch to GE-Proton-latest and also post a log

it is enabled by default
otherwise, it's in Settings, Advanced, Disable Logs. leave this unchecked to allow logging
