What actually increases the rank you get from matches?
I'm playing rank and I get many elimations a match and win and the rank I get is terrible
If I don't win I'm scoring 17 elimations and getting 20-30 rank
So what can I do to increase the rank excluding getting many elimations

Solution
The ranking system is based on your overall performance during the match. For example, battle rating, survival (for eg. travel distance and time survived), support (for eg. health restored, rescues and assists) and supplies (for eg. total supplies and advanced supplies).
