[Not FanAgent or Concept Idea] Professional Voice Actor Working On Voice Acting An Agent In Valorant
This post was created early in my journey as a creative experiment. Since then, I’ve fully committed to working as a voice actor for any original Valorant character Riot creates, not fan agents. This was never meant to define my voice or intentions.
After 1 year of hard work. My dream has led me to this moment.
For over a year, I have dedicated myself to one goal: becoming a voice actor in VALORANT for Riot Games. This isn’t about money, fame, or expanding a portfolio this is a passion, a dream I’ve been chasing ever since I first played the game.
I’ve spent countless hours practicing, and reaching out to professionals in the industry to ensure I’m truly ready for this opportunity. My showreel has been reviewed and approved by a Valorant voice actor Carolina Ravassa (Raze) and I've chatted with Nabil Elouahabi (Cypher) who gave me massive support and pointed me in the right direction. Along with many industry professionals who helped me out a ton in improving my reel.
But I didn’t stop at just voice work. I’ve gone the extra mile to make this process as easy as possible for Riot. I’ve partnered with a professional recording studio, fully prepared to handle remote recording sessions with Riot, ensuring high-quality, studio-level audio.
Beyond that, I know Valorant and its lore, its characters, and its world, meaning I know exactly how to bring a future agent to life. I understand the tone, the energy, and the relationships between the agents, making me more than just a voice I’m someone who truly understands the game.
This is it. This is everything I’ve worked for.

As a valo player, I would very much like to have this agent on Valorant. This agent is badass. I think he needs appearance design.
Apart from that - he is awesome
I can't do that haha, because if I were to get casted I dont have control over the agent look or abilites. frankly it wont be the same agent.

When I talked with David menkin (breach VA), he told me that he didnt know anything about breach. They just gave him the lines.

Mhm. This is mainly for community feedback.. Reaching riot would require me to get great industry connections who can eventually grab their attention. I'm doing good so far. But not good enough.
I'm working 24/7 on this. Ain't giving up soon :)

At this point, you can go ahead and compare Waylay's voice go astra's, They sound the same in general, but if you focus a it you would notice they are different.
SOO this means riot has casted similar actors before.. So hopefully this shouldn't be a road block.
No no I'm not saying it in a bad way, it's just funny how similar you sound. Your accent sound different though.
Yea yea i know haha, I just mean that riot probably doesn't want an "Iso" impression in the game. This is just to show them the characters are not completely the same. And since riot has hired similar voices in the past, hopefully this isn't a road block.
Of course. I highly doubt it's a problem. Besides you could probably alter your voice a little bit on a whim if they required you to do so.
But then again iso had a professional voice actor and if you sound the same quality as him that's saying smth
Just do keep in mind not all the Valorant voice actors are professionals, which is why I still have hope of achieving this.
Jett VA never touched VA and she was a Kpop singer.
Phoenix VA also never touched VA before but was known for music videos.
Clove VA is an actual beginner with no prior experience, she graduated University and immediately auditioned for valorant.

So basically i saw this video and watched the whole thing and loved it, then i started seeing ur videos on my fyp and then my friends started seeing it, my friend has a cousin whos best friend works for valorant LOL. Im not quite sure of that guys name but if i ever meet him (propbaly unlikeley unless i ask jack (my friend) to go see his cousin. But if i ever do im immediateley showing him this video. ah I see! are you re-recording some lines? or just adding a couple?
I'm going to make a 1 minute version. 20 seconds including some refined lines and the rest introducing myself. The reel along with my explanation video are like 12 minutes long. And to respect rioters times and actually get a shot of them checking my reel out is to make it as short as possible.
I also want to remove anything that mentions "chron" or "time". I just want the focus on my voice to not be mistaken as a fan project.

Thank you! Just to let ya know.. if you try doing the same thing with any other agent without really adding the voice via the engine it self. it will feel out of place (tested it with iso). I guess you cant really see it actually in game unless im casted. But you can imagine it!
