WhatsApp Mode – Voice Messages as Input Not Received, Typebot doesn't reply
When using Audio GPT in WhatsApp mode (free version, without a custom WA bot ID), the system stops responding after receiving a voice message. Once a voice message is sent, Typebot does not reply and stops responding to any messages, including text. However, if only text messages are sent, the system replies correctly.
Notes:
I have set public on allow video clip input bubble.
Issue occurs only after sending a voice message.
Tested in free mode without a custom WA bot ID

So:
- Duplicate the Audio GPT Template using a free account
(without WhatsApp integration with your own numbers)
- Connect to OpenAI using your API key
(Audio input is set to public)
- Start the chat in WhatsApp mode with Test button
- Wait for a message from the bot in whatsapp
- Send a voice message to the bot in WhatsApp
In my case, I've done several tentatives and I can't make it works unfortunately

Because OpenAI can't read the uploaded URL even when public because it doesn't have a file extension
