MY ACCOUNT WAS UNFAIRLY BANNED

hi guys I was banned 1-5 2 years ago for cheating but i dont use cheat moreover when I was banned I entered Valorant for the first time in a long time. I didn't use any cheats and my account was banned for 'cheating' I created a ticket but they were not interested I'm going to start the game again, I'm trying to get my account back.
