Screen Glitching/Rainbow Flickers

Sorry if this has been asked before. I recently installed Bazzite Gnome on Zephyrus G14 2023 with Nvidia 4070 and has been experiencing screen/visual flickers/glitch like rainbows especially when I move a window or playing a video. I'm pretty new to linux and I'm not sure why this happens. Please see the pic and video for more details and I appreciate the help. Thanks!
