i mean the product name is essentially what you’re looking for, a suede safari jacket. check out ebay etc

I would check secondhand. You might also try looking for a field or barn jacket for somewhat similar look
you may also have better luck searching for similar materials, like wool or corduroy
an actual budget would possibly yield more specific recs
