Investigator Major Private Program Join

I've been Investigation Major in-game for around 3 years now, I also have Elite Investigator for almost 4 years now.
I have been connected to this Investigation for a long time, still I'm not added to the private program of Investigation Major...
I don't know if I received any invitation earlier or not because I didn't know much about Discord...
Can anyone of you please tell me how to Join that private program or How can I apply for that...? Or atleast let me the process to get it please... Thank you

Solution
The Investigator Panel is a private server. You may try to be on top of investigators with high accuracy to get a chance being invited to the server.
