Server/Ping issue

I m playing this game for last 4years, but from last season I m facing a problem, from lobby settings ping shows 40-45 but when I start the match and I m on the island, the ping jumps to 144 and stucks between 120-150, whole game it remains same, but I play other games like efootball I dont face the problem there, also this problem is not continuous, like it stayed like 3days from feb 27 to march 1 and last day I mean march 2 morning, whole the morning time my ping was ok, but again from evening the problem started occurring. I checked ping from various of internet speed test.
